My love affair with avocado is sadly one-sided. I love it, and it just doesn’t reciprocate my feelings ! I buy one every ten days. Carefully wrap it in paper. Check on it thrice a day. And one day, when it looks okay, I open it to find it’s still hard, or worse..overripe! Yesterday was one of those days. But I was adamant not to waste it, so it got smashed and went into a brownie batter to make the most decadent Fudgy Avocado Brownies!
At the risk of being a bit presumptuous here, this Chocolate Ice Cream may possibly be one of the best I’ve tasted! It’s rich, creamy with an incredible chocolate flavor enhanced by almond butter in there!
