After a long long wait, I finally got around to making a Chocolate Babka! This rich, moist, soft brioche kind of bread with decadent chocolate swirls is a labour of love. And we just can’t get enough of it!
For me, the mark of a good patisserie is the quality of their cream puffs and eclairs. Oh, the joy of eating a fresh Classic Cream Puff, filled with beautifully whipped cream, topped with a shiny chocolate glaze is unparalleled!
