– flax egg/regular egg – water – dark chocolate chips 70% – all-purpose flour – cocoa powder – baking powder – butter, softened –jaggery powder or brown sugar – vanilla extract – extra chocolate chips (optional)
Once your ingredients are all mixed, scoop out the batter onto the prepared tray, using a tablespoon.
Bake for 12-14 minutes. The cookies will be soft but will harden up a bit as they cool.
