Chocolate Chip  Bread Pudding

– Bread slices – Dark chocolate chips – Coconut milk – Raw sugar  – Eggs – Vanilla extract – Extra chocolate chips all ingredients below!

Combine the cubed bread and chocolate chips in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract.

Pour over the bread. Press the bread down a bit so it absorbs the custard mixture well. Let the mixture stand for at least 15 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 180C. Pour the bread mixture into a round pan. Scatter some extra chocolate chips on top. Bake for 40-45 minutes.

Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or cream. It's wonderful as is too. Enjoy!
