Cranberry Pound  Cake

– Milk – All-purpose flour – Butter – Cream cheese  – Granulated sugar – Frozen cranberry – Chopped walnuts – Icing sugar – Orange juice all ingredients below!

Mix vinegar with warm milk and set aside. Beat softened butter and cream cheese. Mix in the vanilla extract, followed by the buttermilk.

In another bowl, sift the baking powder, baking soda, and flour. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.

Fold in lots of orange zest, finely chopped walnuts, and frozen cranberries.

Transfer the cranberry cream cheese pound cake batter to the bundt pan. Bake the pound cake for 50 minutes.

Cool the cranberry pound cake in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes. Carefully turn it over on a wire rack and then cool completely.

Whisk together icing sugar and orange juice, and then pour the glaze over the cooled cranberry bread. Garnish with orange zest and gold sugar sprinkles.
