Lightly spiced & delicious - this homemade Apple Cider is the best comforting drink to cozy up with!

ingredients

– Apples – Orange – Cinnamon sticks – Cloves – Vanilla bean, split lengthways. – Brown sugar – Water

step 1

~ Add all the ingredients to a large stockpot.  ~ Cover the pot & cook for about 2 hours on medium low heat.

step 2

~ Use a potato masher  to mash all the fruits well. Cover & cook for an hour. ~ Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the mixture!

step 3

Add the brown sugar to sweeten the cider. Taste & adjust for sweetness.

serve!

Serve warm or cold.  Enjoy!
