Pistachio  Pesto Recipe

Pistachio Pesto –  6-ingredient, no-fuss, no-muss pesto recipe!  With a bright taste & a creamy texture, this is a delicious recipe, perfect for tossing with pasta, spreading on sandwiches etc. 

– 2 cup Fresh Basil – 1/2 cup Pistachio, shelled – 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated – 1 tsp Black pepper – 3-4 cloves Garlic – 1/4 cup Olive oil – Salt to taste

Combine all the dry ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until everything is almost chopped, then slowly drizzle in the olive oil.

Blend until a smooth paste is formed. Taste & adjust the seasonings!

Enjoy!  Have with pasta, spread it on pizza, sandwiches, toast or use as a simple dip.
