– Brussel Sprouts  – Extra virgin Olive oil – Garam Masala – Salt & Pepper to taste – Balsamic vinegar – Pomegranate arils for garnish – Fresh thyme for garnish all ingredients below!

Toss the Brussel Sprouts with seasonings, spread on baking sheet.
