Cookie Base – Cookies, crushed – Butter, melted Cheesecake Filling – Cream cheese at room temperature – Icing sugar – Cream at room temperature – Saffron – Cardamom powder – Rosewater Optional

Beat together cream, cream cheese & icing sugar till you have a nice, thick, creamy mixture.
