Strawberry Madeleines

The BEST easy dessert recipe with strawberries! I’ve tried all sorts of madeleine flavors, but these are my favorite! 👉💓

ingredients

step 1

Beat the eggs and sugar until it is almost double in volume.

step 2

Sift the flour, salt, and baking powder into the bowl.

step 3

Add in the strawberry syrup and whisk everything together with a gentle hand.

step 4

Fold in the melted, cooled butter into the strawberry madeleine batter.

step 5

Add the madeleine butter cookie batter into the molds and bake without leveling the top.

step 6

Add the glaze as directed below!
