– All-purpose flour – Baking powder – Dried thyme – Onion powder – Garlic powder – Red chilli powder – Sweet potato puree – Olive oil all ingredients below!

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, and chilli powder.

Add the sweet potato puree and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix well with your hands. Knead briefly until a soft and pliable dough is formed.

Cover with a kitchen napkin and let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.

Starting with one portion, roll it out thinly on a lightly floured surface. Cut into small squares and place on the prepared tray.

Bake for 15 minutes at 180 C, rotating the tray halfway until the crackers are golden and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely before transferring to an air-tight container. Enjoy!
