These fluffy, soft baked donuts are healthier  than the fried version!

Traditional donuts with yeast involve a lot more time - these on the other hand are ready in a jiffy!

STEP 1

Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

STEP 2

Whisk all the liquid ingredients - almond milk mixture, coconut oil & vanilla extract in another bowl.

STEP 3

 Pour over the dry ingredients & mix until combined!

STEP 4

Spoon or pipe the batter into the prepared pan, filling 3/4 of the way.

STEP 5

Bake for 10-12 mins or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
