VEGAN PUMPKIN BREAD ROLLS

ingredients

– Almond milk  – Sugar – Olive oil/any oil – Pumpkin puree – Dried active yeast – Wholewheat flour – Pumpkin pie spice – Dried thyme all ingredients below!

step 1

Combine the dough ingredients & quickly knead together for 1-2 mins.

Divide the dough into equal balls & tie up with kitchen twine so that the dough ball is divided in 8 parts - resembling a pumpkin!

step 3

Let the bread rolls rise for 15-20 mins, then brush with olive oil before baking.

step 4

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown!

step 5

Cool completely before untying the twine. Insert a walnut half in the center to make it look like a stem!
