– Rolled Oats – Chia seeds – Instant coffee powder – Almond milk – Maple syrup – Greek yogurt – Vanilla extract – Cocoa powder all ingredients below!

In a bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, coffee powder, and salt. Add in almond milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Mix well, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Divide them into 2 serving bowls. When you're ready to serve, stir the oats, and taste for sweetness.

Top with maple yogurt, dust with cocoa powder, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
