For this matcha chia pudding recipe, I used <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tashasartisanfoods.com\/blog\/diy-almond-milk\/\">homemade almond milk<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tashasartisanfoods.com\/blog\/oat-milk\/\">Oat milk,<\/a> coconut milk, or even regular cow\u2019s milk works well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sweetener<\/strong>: Since matcha does have a slightly bitter undertone, I used&nbsp;maple syrup&nbsp;to sweeten the pudding. You can substitute it with&nbsp;honey, agave syrup, or dates.
