You can make them with 100% whole wheat or 100% all-purpose flour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dried cranberries<\/strong> give the crackers a nice sweet and tart flavor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oats<\/strong> form the base of these crackers. I used rolled oats because they\u2019re chewier and I like the texture, but quick or instant oats work just as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seeds:<\/strong> I chose sunflower and flax seeds, but pumpkin, sesame, or even poppy seeds are just as delicious!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Herbs<\/strong>: Fresh herbs or dried\u2014the choice is yours. I opted to mix and match with fresh rosemary and dried thyme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Spices<\/strong>: Turmeric, nutmeg, and cinnamon gave the pumpkin cranberry crackers a lovely fall flavor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seasoning: <\/strong>Sea salt and black pepper do the trick,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pumpkin pur\u00e9e: <\/strong>If you have the time, make the pur\u00e9e at home, like I did for my <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tashasartisanfoods.com\/blog\/pumpkin-snickerdoodle-cookies\/\">pumpkin snickerdoodle cookies<\/a>.
