Plus, it makes the recipe no-fuss, no-must. Toss the cooked pasta with the toasted cauliflower, top with Parmesan shavings and lemon zest, and serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By the way, that\u2019s another reason I love this quick recipe. Once that\u2019s out of the way, it\u2019s effortless to cut florets into chunks.\u00a0I like to use medium-sized florets. But feel free to\u00a0make them bigger or smaller. Adjust the baking time accordingly because some ovens run hotter, and you don\u2019t want the tiny florets to burn.\u00a0<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1729766632059\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">How to\u00a0get\u00a0crisp, crackly cauliflower?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">If your florets are flabby and yellow, you\u2019re not cooking them at\u00a0a high enough temperature. If they\u2019re charring, then you\u2019re cooking them for too long.<br\/>My advice is to\u00a0keep an eye out after 20 minutes, as all ovens are different. When they reach the perfect golden hue, take them out. <br\/>Keep in mind that we\u2019re not looking for overcooked florets.
