Use the ripest, sweetest mangoes you can find. You can use canned mango puree as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Milk<\/strong>: Go for full-fat coconut milk for that rich, creamy texture we all love in popsicles. It gives them a smooth, velvety finish and keeps them from getting icy. You can also use coconut cream for a richer flavor. Love coconut and mangoes together? Keep it aside.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2<\/strong>: Use a little of this coconut mixture to puree chopped mangoes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Pour mango puree into your molds, a quarter of the way through. Freeze for about 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Add a quarter of the coconut milk mixture on top of the frozen mango.
