The first one is often topped with cheese, which is why it\u2019s also known by the moniker Turkish pide pizza.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second is the one I made (without filling). You can substitute it with whole wheat, but I\u2019d recommend only using half a portion of it.
