It helps the cheese hold its shape. It\u2019s not necessary to cut the rind off.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let the&nbsp;fig jam spill over the sides&nbsp;of the brie wheel for that deliciously gooey melting mess effect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid over-baking&nbsp;brie recipes with jam; the goal is creamy, not soupy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And keep in mind that&nbsp;brie can firm up fast. Use <strong>whatever is available<\/strong> in your local supermarket. I use an entire wheel because it looks prettier and has more room for baked brie toppings.
