Make sure you use certified gluten-free oats to make gluten-free oats and peanut butter balls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Peanut Butter: <\/strong>I like to use natural peanut butter. Stir it well before adding to the ingredients. A regular, commercial-brand peanut butter will also do as long as you melt it. We need a dripping consistency for this no-bake peanut butter balls recipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sweetener:<\/strong> Maple syrup, honey, agave syrup, or date syrup \u2013 all of them work in adding sweetness and binding the dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Protein powder: <\/strong>I used a plant-based protein powder in chocolate flavor. Feel free to use your favorite brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oil: <\/strong>I used melted coconut oil to help bind all the ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Milk<\/strong>: Don\u2019t have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tashasartisanfoods.com\/blog\/oat-milk\/\">homemade almond milk<\/a>? Use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tashasartisanfoods.com\/blog\/oat-milk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">oat milk<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tashasartisanfoods.com\/blog\/cashew-milk\/\">cashew milk<\/a>, or regular milk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chocolate:<\/strong> I love 70% dark chocolate. I melted it to make chocolate-covered peanut butter balls. You can use whichever chocolate you love, or completely skip it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Toppings<\/strong> are optional.
