I used full-fat coconut milk to get a rich, creamy caramel sauce, but if you prefer coconut cream, then that works well too.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 150%; color: #1c1e29;\">Add in cornstarch to thicken the sauce and then a pod of vanilla bean. Store-bought roasted peanut will do excellently. Just make sure they are unsalted!<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 150%; color: #1c1e29;\">Mix the roasted peanuts in the caramel sauce. Use a measuring spoon (or even a lemon baller) to scoop out clusters on a tray. The candy is now ready for a quick trip to the fridge, leaving you free to melt a bar or two of dark chocolate.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"EN-IN\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 150%; color: #1c1e29;\">Somehow, I favor all dairy-free chocolate; but if you can\u2019t find a vegan option near your home simply choose 70% dark chocolate.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span lang=\"EN-IN\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 150%; color: #1c1e29;\">Last but not least, dunk the hardened caramel peanut clusters in the melted chocolate.
