They\u2019re easily available online and in stores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Khoya<\/strong>: A lot of recipes make coconut burfi with condensed milk or milk powder. I made it with evaporated milk solids, what we call <em>khoya<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can make khoya <strong>at home<\/strong> using this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vegrecipesofindia.com\/khoya-mawa-recipe-homemade-khoya-mawa\/\">wonderful recipe<\/a> or use <strong>store-bought,<\/strong> like me. The only caveat is that it <em>has to be fresh<\/em>. Taste it. It should be nice, rich, and sweet.
