Ingredients
350mlGreek yogurt, plain
3tbspChia seeds
3-4tbsphoney
Mixed Fruits
25-30Cherries, pitted and chopped
1/2Mango, diced
5Apricots, diced
2Peaches, diced
4tbspPomegranates
Instructions
Combine the yogurt, honey and chia seeds in a medium size bowl.
Stir in the fruits. Taste and adjust for sweetness. Spoon into the popsicle molds and freeze for at least 8-10 hours or overnight.
Notes
NOTE- You may have some of the fruit yogurt mixture leftover.
