Vegan Chocolate Walnut Fudge - a super simple stovetop recipe to make delicious rich, dense and chocolatey fudge. And yes, it is dairy-free and refined sugarfree!

Ingredients
2cupsDairy free chocolate or Dark chocolate (70%) chips
1cupAlmond butter
1/4cupMaple syrup
2TbspCoconut butter
a pinch of salt
1/4cupWalnuts, chopped
1-2TbspGoji berries, optional
Instructions
Combine the chocolate, maple syrup, almond butter and coconut butter in a heavy bottom pan and heat.
Keep the heat very low and keep stirring constantly till the chocolate melts and you get smooth shiny mixture.
Take off the heat and stir in the salt. Add in the walnuts and goji berries, if using.
Keep a small pan ready, lined with parchment paper.
Pour the mixture in the pan. Sprinkle some chopped walnuts on top and refrigerate for 6-8 hours until completely set.
