Figs, quartered

Banana, sliced

Dates, pitted

Oats

Cinnamon powder

Light coconut milk
You can use any milk of your choice
Handful of ice
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in your blender. Blend till everything is smooth and thick.
You can add more milk if the smoothie is too thick for your liking. Taste and adjust for sweetness. Add more dates if you like. Enjoy!!
