Banana, sliced & frozen

Dates, pitted & soaked

Almonds

Flax seeds

Sunflower seeds

tsp
Cocoa powder

cup
Light coconut milk
A small handful ice
Instructions
Put all the ingredients into the blender. Blitz until smooth. Taste and adjust for sweetness. Thin with as much water/milk as you’d like.
