1.5cups Rice, washed, soaked for 15 minutes and drained
2tbspolive oil
1.5smallOnions, diced
4-5clovesGarlic, minced
1tspCumin powder
1tsp Red Chilli powderI used Degi Mirch powder
1tspSmoked paprika
1cupTomato pureeI made my own using 3 large tomatoes
2cupsVegetable stockYou can use chicken stock or plain water
Salt to taste

1smallGreen bell pepper, diced
3/4cupCooked red kidney beans / rajma
