Ingredients

Banana, sliced and frozen

Strawberries, sliced

Mulberries

Almonds

Flax seeds

Pumpkin seeds

Yogurt

Water
Handful of ice
Instructions
Blitz all the ingredients ( except water) in a blender. Add enough water to get the consistency you enjoy. You can certainly add some honey to sweeten the smoothie if you wish.
