Ingredients
8-10Strawberries, diced
1/4cupFresh pineapple, diced
1Banana
1/2cupYogurt, plain
1tspChia seeds
1/2tsp Turmeric powder
1/4"Fresh ginger root, sliced thinly
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth and well blended. Taste and adjust for sweetness and consistency that you prefer. Enjoy!
