Almonds
Roughly chopped

Pitted and soaked in hot water for 10 minutes

Soaked in hot water for 10 water

Instructions
Soak the dates and dried figs together in hot water for about 10 minutes.
Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend together till everything is smooth and sticky.
Turn out the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes or so. Cooling the mixture makes it easier to handle.
Roll into 18-20 balls. Coat the balls with desiccated coconut, cocoa, finely chopped pistachios ( optional).
Freeze for 30 minutes and store in air tight container in the freezer. Enjoy!
