Instructions
Pre heat the oven to 190 C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Mix olive oil, honey, salt, cumin powder and chilli powder in a small bowl.
Toss almonds with half of this mixture. Spread evenly on the prepared baking tray. Bake for 20-22 minutes stirring every 5-10 minutes, until fragrant and the skins start crackling.
Take the tray out of the oven. Turn out the almonds on a large plate and let cool.
Toss cashews with the other half of the mixture. Spread them evenly on the same tray. Bake for 15-17 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes, until lightly browned. Let cool.
Taste and adjust for salt and chilli powder. Mix both almonds and cashews in a bowl and serve. Enjoy!!
