Ingredients

Sweet Potatoes
Well scrubbed

Tbsp
Olive oil

Paprika or Degi Mirch powder

Dried Thyme

tsp
Oregano
Salt to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Thickly slice the sweet potatoes lengthwise. Toss with olive oil and all the seasonings.
Spread out evenly on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 , turning the wedges every 10 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.
I like to put them under the broiler for the last 4-5 minutes to make them extra crispy and blistered.
Serve warm or at room temperature with any sauce of your choice. Enjoy!!
