Making this tart is wonderfully easy & it is so very delicious! 

~ Blend the crust ingredients together  ~ Press it down evenly in a loose bottom tart case ~ Bake for 10-12 mins until the crust is lightly golden!

Blend the lemon filling ingredients until thick & creamy.

Pour the filling in the cooled crust!

Place the tart in the freezer for a few hours.

Take out 10-15 mins before serving for  easier slicing!
