Easy Chocolate  Chickpea Cake

Making this gluten-free cake is super easy. It’s a one-bowl recipe that needs only basic pantry ingredients!

Chocolate butter mixture

Melt chocolate with butter with the double boiler method 

Make the batter

Whisk the wet & dry ingredients together really well

Prep to bake

Pour the thick, almost pudding-like batter in your prepped pan, smooth the top

Bake & cool

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Let the cake cool in your pan, & then plonk it in the fridge for at least 1 hour

Decorate

Add a light, luscious layer of chocolate sauce to make it extra fantastic!
