After mixing the dough, Divide it in half to form 2 slightly flattened logs.
Bake for 20-25 mins, until slightly firm to touch & light golden brown. Take it out of the oven & let the logs cool completely.
Cut the cooled logs into 1/2” slices.
Place cut side down on the baking tray & bake for 12-15 minutes until crisp & golden.
