ingredients

– Spring roll Wrapper sheets – Sesame oil – Ginger – Garlic – Cabbage – Carrot – Mushrooms – Baby Corn – Tofu – Sriracha sauce – Soy sauce – Salt & Pepper to taste – Oil, for brushing the spring rolls

step 1

~ Cook the veggies on high heat till they're almost cooked through. ~ Add the diced tofu, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, salt & pepper.

step 2

~ Cook until the mixture is cooked & dry. ~ Let it cool.

step 3

Assemble the rolls with your wrappers, like this!

~ Place them seam side down on the prepared tray. ~ Brush with oil.

step 5

Bake for 20-25 mins until crispy & golden. Turn them over once to ensure the bottom part is also crisp.
