– All-purpose flour – Baking powder – Salt – Oil – Butter, softened – Sugar – Eggs – Vanilla extract – Lemon oil Optional – Lemon juice – Milk, warm – Lemon zest

Sift together the flour, baking powder & salt

Fold the dry ingredients & wet ingredient mixture together

Pour the batter into the prepared pan & bake for 35-40 minutes
