– Water – Coffee powder – Mascarpone cheese – Cream – Icing sugar – Rum/Brandy/Marsala wine You can leave this out, if you want an alcohol-free version. – Ladyfinger cookies – Cocoa powder for sprinkling on top
Whisk mascarpone, cream, & icing sugar. Then add the rum/whiskey. Refrigerate while you do the rest of the prep!
In a saucepan, make the coffee mixture
Start assembling the Tiramisu! Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee syrup.
Arrange the soaked cookies in a single layer in your dish. Then spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top.
Repeat the layers, followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture on top!
Serve & enjoy!
