Chewy & crunchy from the peanut butter & oatmeal, topped with the tallest layer of chocolate, these bars are truly delectable!

These No-Bake Oatmeal Peanut Butter Bars are the perfect quick dessert!

– Rolled oats – Desiccated coconut – Almond meal – Peanut butter – Coconut Oil  – Honey –Vanilla Extract – Dark Chocolate –Milk (I used almond milk)

INGREDIENTS

~ Combine the ground oats, coconut & almond meal ~ Make the wet ingredients mixture in another bowl

STEP 1

~ Stir well to get a sticky mixture ~ Spread evenly on the prepared pan. Set in the refrigerator.

STEP 2

– Make the chocolate topping.  ~ Pour over the oatmeal bars.

STEP 3

~ Sprinkle over some chopped peanuts & sea salt. This is optional! ~ Let this set in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

STEP 4

Cut into squares & serve!

STEP 5
