No-frill Chocolate Cake with  Gooey Frosting

Decadent, but simple and comforting 👉

step 1

Sift all the dry ingredients together - buckwheat, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt; in a large bowl.

step 2

In another large bowl, mix together the wet ingredients. Then mix in the dry ingredients. 

step 3

Divide the batter equally between the prepared pans and bake for about  25 minutes.

Make the frosting as directed (link below)! Frost the cake once cooled.
