Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180 C or 350 F. Grease an 8"x4" loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and matcha powder.
In a large bowl, add the avocado and mash it well.
Whisk in the oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Mix well until no dry streaks are visible.
Fold in the walnuts.
Transfer the batter to your prepared pan and top with some more chopped walnuts if you wish.
Bake at 180C or 350 F for 50-60 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for a few minutes before turning it out on a cooling rack to cool completely.
Slice and serve. Enjoy!
