Step 1 

Mix all the dry ingredients – oats, puffed rice, almonds, cranberries, dates & all the seeds in a large bowl.

Step 2

Add in the wet ingredients, mix well & add to the prepared pan - spread evenly, pressing it down firmly. 

Bake for 25-30 mins, until the the top is golden & slightly firm to touch. Once chilled, cut into squares!

Step 3

Store the leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
