Ingredients
4Apples, peeled and cut into small cubes
1tspCinnamon powder
2tbspGranulated sugar
2tspLemon juice
Topping
1/2cup ( 100gms)Raw sugarYou can use regular white sugar/cane sugar / coconut sugar/ light brown sugar
1/2cup ( 60 gms)Rolled oats
3/4cup ( 100 gms)All-purpose flour
1tspCinnamon powder
1/2cup ( 95 gms)Coconut oil, melted
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180 C and grease a 6"/7" baking dish.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chopped apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon powder, and lemon juice.
Place in your prepared baking dish.
Topping
Combine the flour, raw sugar, oats, and cinnamon powder in a bowl.
Pour over the melted coconut oil and mix well with a fork.
This mixture should have a wet sandy consistency.
Spread this evenly over the apples using a spoon or your hands.
Bake at 180C for 40-45 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the apple juices are bubbling.
Let the dessert sit for 5 minutes for the juices to settle. Serve warm and enjoy!
