These chewy, delightful, caramel-like sweet coconut almond bliss balls are really, really easy to prepare. Made with only 7 simple ingredients, the healthy dessert recipe takes no more than 15 minutes from start to finish.
Add all the ingredients (add dates without their water) to a blender or food processor. Blend together till everything is smooth and sticky. Taste and adjust for sweetness. If you'd like it to be sweeter, you can simply add some honey/maple syrup/ agave syrup, to the "dough".
If the mixture is too wet, add more coconut. If it's too crumbly, add some of the saved date water.
Roll the dough into equal-sized balls. Coat them with pistachios and/or a mixture of coconut and beetroot powder. Enjoy!These need to be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
