1tbspDairy-free dark chocolatePlus some more for sprinkling on top

Instructions
Combine the flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, salt, and baking powder in a small bowl.
Add the milk, oil and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
Stir in the chocolate chips and pour the mixture in a small mug or ramekin.
Cook in the microwave for 45 seconds to a minute. After 45 seconds of cooking, the brownie surface should look slightly firm. If it looks wet, cook for another 15 seconds. Do not overbake.
Sprinkle some extra chocolate chips and sea salt on top as soon as you take it out of the microwave.
Serve warm with or without ice cream. Enjoy!

The cooking time will depend on your microwave and the size of your ramekin or cup.
After 45 seconds of cooking, the brownie surface should look slightly firm. If it looks wet, cook for another 15 seconds. Please don't overcook, otherwise your brownie will be dry and hard.
You can sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the batter before baking in the microwave.
Place a small plate under the ramekin in case of any overflow.
