Instructions
Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
Place in a large bowl. Add the minced garlic, sugar, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Gently stir to combine. Cover and transfer to the refrigerator to marinate for at least 2-3 hours.
Bring the tomatoes to room temperature before serving. Enjoy!
