Masala Roasted Nuts Recipe

Cashewnuts

Garam masala
You can add more if you like

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 160C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or Silpat.
Combine oil, garam masala, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
Add the almonds and cashews, mix well until all nuts are nicely coated.
Spread out the nuts on the prepared tray evenly.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 160C, stirring every 5 minutes until lightly browned and toasted.
Take the tray out of the oven and let the nuts cool completely. Store in an air-tight jar and enjoy!
