Mulberry jam is a 3-ingredient, super-easy, and super quick homemade jam recipe. The chia seed jam is delicious and healthy, made with ingredients you feel great eating!
Wash the mulberries well. Remove their green stems.
Place them in a thick-bottomed pan with honey and a splash of water. Cook them for about 10/15 mins till the fruit is soft and mushy.
Add in the chia seeds and continue cooking for another 10/15 minutes. Add a tablespoon or two of water if the mixture is getting too thick. Taste and adjust for sweetness.
Let it cool completely, transfer it to an airtight jar, and refrigerate. This should last up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!

Stir the jam frequently so the fruit doesn't burn.
The amount of honey you add to the jam will depend on the sweetness of the berries. Feel free to adjust the sweetness accordingly.
