–  All-purpose flour – Baking powder – Baking soda – Salt – Caster sugar – Coconut oil (you can use any vegetable oil) – Greek yogurt, plain –  Vanilla extract

step 1

- Prepare the cinnamon cake roll batter by sifting together the dry ingredients.

- In another bowl, whisk yogurt, oil & vanilla extract.

- Add the wet ingredients into the bowl containing the dry mixture.  - Pour this cake batter into a well-greased and lined pan

step 3

Make the cinnamon filling by beating softened butter with brown sugar, flour & cinnamon powder.

step 4

Using a spoon, drop dollops of the cinnamon mixture on top of the cake batter.

step 5

Drag a skewer or butter knife it through the  2 layers of cake batter & cinnamon roll mixture

step 6

Bake for 30-35 mins or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
